YTL Concrete (S) Pte Ltd is the subsidiary company of YTL Cements in Malaysia. YTL Cement’s concrete arm is the largest ready-mixed concrete player in Malaysia. The project in Jurong Port involves YTL Concrete constructing a fully operational and complete 3-storey ancillary office block and wet concrete batching plant has a total gross floor area of over 5,400 square metres. This project is part of the integration of the Jurong Port Ready Mixed Concrete in Jurong Port, and the aggregate from ships is transformed into concrete that can be dispatched to construction sites.
